Two popular neighborhoods include Killearn and Southwood.

*Killearn – * A desirable area for families located Northeast of Tallahassee. There are great public schools, private school, and tons of kids. Killearn has a variety of homes in different price ranges. There are three main neighborhoods in Killearn: Acres, Estates, and Lakes.

Southwood – Located South of Tallahassee, this newer community has a small town feel to it with their own schools, fire departments, and Publix.
